<li>Heat ghee in a frying pan or kadhai. Add semolina. Fry on medium heat until golden pink in colour and it gives out a distinctive aroma of roasting semolina. Ghee should begin to separate from semolina.</li>
<li>Add sugared water with saffron. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Avoid scalding hands by wearing oven gloves or other protective wrap.</li>
<li>When mix becomes thick and begins to come off the pan, add 3/4 of nuts and cardamom powder. Mix and pour into a serving bowl.</li>
<li>Garnish with remaining nuts. Serve hot.</li>

<li>In a double boiler, boil water in lower pan.</li>
<li>Melt the chocolate in the pan that fits on top of double boiler. Make sure that the boiling water does not get into the chocolate.</li>
<li>Mix the chocolate while it melts. When finished, will be smooth.</li>
<li>Dip your fruits into melted chocolate.</li>

<li>Lay the chopped white chocolate in the bottom of a square microwavable dish.</li>
<li>Once butter and dark chocolate is melted, add other ingredients and beat well. Pour mixture into square dish over white chocolate.</li>
<li>Cook in microwave for approximately 6 minutes (depending on power). Top will be just sticky to the touch and brownie will have pulled away from the sides when ready. If you are unsure pop it back in for 30 seconds at a time.</li>
<li>Cool, and then cut into squares. Serve warm with cream or ice cream or cold with coffee</li>
